Sam Hunt, whose real birth name is Sam Lowry Hunt, was born on the 8th of December 1984 in Cedartown, Georgia, in the U.S.A. His father, Allen Hunt, was an insurance agent, and his mother, Allan Hunt, was a teacher by profession. He also had two brothers, Van Hunt and Ben Hunt.
Career
Born and raised in Cedartown in Georgia, Hunt attended the Cedartown High school and even played American football as a quarterback. He was even awarded the c0-offensive of the year and the school’s Heisman nominee for exemplary performance in 2002. Sam further advanced to Middle Tennessee State University College, where he played the same game but did not get enough playing time.
Sam Hunt later enrolled and graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (U.A.B.) with a business degree in 2007. While in Alabama, he learned to play the guitar; thus, it’s at this time he was inducted into music. After graduation, he joined the N.F.L. Kansas city chiefs but dropped out two months later for failing to impress his team and later moved to Nashville to pursue a career in music in 2008.
